We ship orders out within 24 hours unless otherwise noted (on business days). We are currently shipping with Sendle courier shipping. Sendle makes pickups from our warehouse each business day, excluding government holidays. We ship from Regina, SK.
International Orders
UPDATE: September 12, 2025: Due to changing tariffs + customs, we've made the difficult decision to pause orders to the United States at this time.

International orders are shipped with the shipping method selected at checkout: USPS First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, or Priority Mail Express International. Orders are shipped out within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. Estimated transit times are listed with each shipping method at checkout. All orders ship from Canada.
REFUND POLICY
All purchases are non-refundable. If there are items that are missing, discolored, or damaged in transit we will send you a new sample of the same color at our cost to replace it. Please inspect all items upon receipt and take photos of any items you intend to request a replacement due to damage for. All replacements must be claimed with in 2 days of receiving your shipment.
